Unique Land & Property is owned and operated by Shannon and Julie Glover.

Since childhood, we have spent of our lives in Western North Carolina and East Tennessee. Much of our time has been spent exploring the beautiful mountains, valleys and historic towns of the region. Over the years, we have acquired a great appreciation for the quality of life the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer.
